Context
Before collaborating with Didacweb, BBH & CO SARL wanted to structure and professionalize its digital presence around the Bigo brand. The objective was to have a unique e-commerce platform allowing it to sell a wide range of products online, including electronics, household appliances, home and office products, fashion, electronic security, agri-food products and more; highlight its import-export, immigration and airline ticket booking services, which are central to the company’s development; and offer a modern, smooth and reassuring shopping experience aligned with the brand promise: excellence and quality. BBH & CO SARL therefore needed a site that was both e-commerce and corporate, capable of managing a large catalog, promotions, flash sales, as well as editorial content such as About pages, services, offers, events, FAQ and order tracking.
Our mission
As a digital agency, Didacweb supported BBH & CO SARL in the complete design and deployment of the Bigoecommerce.com platform through several strong areas of work: designing a digital identity consistent with the founder’s vision; structuring the site around the promise “Excellence and quality” with clear navigation, well-organized categories and prominent presentation of the best offers; developing a high-performance and scalable online store capable of managing a multi-category catalog, promotions, flash sales, new products and special offers; integrating BBH & CO SARL’s flagship services by creating dedicated pages for import-export, immigration and airline ticket booking services, making it possible to clearly present each service and facilitate contact; optimizing the user experience and purchasing journey through a simplified checkout funnel, an order tracking module, an FAQ and a customer account area to reassure users throughout the process; and preparing the ground for natural referencing (SEO) through an optimized technical structure, including hierarchy, category pages, product sheets and service pages, to facilitate search engine visibility and Bigo’s long-term visibility.
