Who is the data controller and what data is collected?
The data controller is DIDACSOFT SARL, which operates the Didacweb brand and service. For any question about your data, email contact@didacweb.com or use our Contact page.
When you use our contact form, we may collect the information you provide: full name, email address, phone number, enquiry subject, selected service and message. Technical data strictly required to protect the form may also be processed.
Why is your personal data processed?
Contact form information is used to receive your enquiry, understand its context, route it to the appropriate person and reply to you. Necessary technical data is used to protect the form and limit abuse.
If a newsletter subscription is offered and you expressly request it, your email address is used to send the corresponding communications.
What are the legal bases for processing?
Depending on the context, processing your enquiry is based on the steps you request before a possible contractual relationship and Didacweb’s legitimate interest in answering messages and protecting its services. Newsletter communications are based on your consent when you expressly subscribe.
What information is required?
In the contact form, fields marked with an asterisk are required: full name, subject, phone number, email address and message. Selecting a service is optional.
Without the required information, we cannot properly receive and process your enquiry.
How long is your personal data kept?
Data is kept for the time needed to process and follow up your enquiry, then deleted or archived in line with applicable obligations and the internal retention schedule.
You may request deletion by emailing contact@didacweb.com or using our Contact page, subject to any legal or contractual requirement to retain it.
Who may access your data?
Didacweb does not sell your personal data. It is accessible to authorised Didacsoft personnel and, where necessary, to technical service providers involved in hosting, security, email delivery, maintenance or operation of the form.
Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Processing locations depend on the providers actually used and must remain consistent with their applicable terms.
What are your rights?
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to certain processing or request portability where that right applies. You may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent.

This policy takes account of Cameroon’s legal framework, including Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 relating to personal data protection.
What about cookies?
The site may use cookies or similar technologies required for operation and, depending on the tools enabled and your choices, for audience measurement or assistance features. Categories, providers and retention periods must match the tools actually active and the choices offered through the consent interface.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, the tools we use or applicable requirements. The version published on this page is the current version.
