Standard packages run month to month with no minimum term. Each started month is payable. To stop before the next billing cycle, notice must be given before its invoice is issued. No automatic discount or automatic fixed-term renewal applies. Custom terms and any specific notice period are set out in the quote. Existing client agreements remain unchanged.
The client keeps ownership and administrator access to its social accounts and approved content. Didacweb receives only the access needed for the agreed service.
The editorial calendar, approved content, published actions and available indicators are shared through the agreed dashboard and reporting process.
Yes. A dedicated manager coordinates the selected platforms and scheduled follow-up meetings.
Yes. Questions are handled within the package scope. Private-message management is excluded unless separately quoted.
Professional — 1 platform: 7 static or simple animated posts, 1 short video and 4 story frames per month. Premium — Facebook + Instagram: 7 posts, 1 short video and 4 story frames per platform per month. Custom — Facebook + Instagram + LinkedIn: 7 posts on Facebook, 7 on Instagram and 5 on LinkedIn; 1 short video per platform; 4 story frames on Facebook and Instagram. Allowances cover the production and publication shown in the selected package. A cross-platform adaptation may reuse the same concept while being counted for each planned platform. Simple animation uses the agreed templates. Short videos are edited from usable client-supplied assets; filming, photography, voice-over, complex animation and paid stock assets require a separate quote. Two consolidated revision rounds are included before approval. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless the quote says otherwise. Comment moderation and interactions are global monthly allowances for the whole package: Professional includes 2 hours of comment moderation + 1 hour of interactions with other pages; Premium and Custom include 4 hours of moderation + 2 hours of interactions. Private-message handling is excluded from all three packages and may be quoted separately. Sponsored-post management is included, but advertising spend is additional.
One-time creative setup: FCFA 50,000 for Professional, FCFA 80,000 for Premium and FCFA 100,000 for Custom. It covers the initial audit, content direction, first editorial calendar and visual templates. Monthly content allowances are then included in the selected management fee. A new brand system, campaign or major creative reset is quoted separately. Advertising spend, sponsored-post budgets, external publishing fees, paid tools, stock media, licences and other third-party costs are additional and approved before commitment. They are preferably paid directly by the client to the provider. Prices in FCFA — VAT is not charged. The quote specifies monthly fees, one-time setup fees and separate third-party costs.
