Support and technical maintenance are included for 3 / 6 / 12 months after launch, respectively for the three packages shown. Support covers use of the delivered solution, diagnosis and correction of defects attributable to delivery. Technical maintenance includes monthly checks and updates, a backup before updating and checks afterwards. After the included period, optional maintenance for a standard site is FCFA 240 000 per year, excluding hosting, domain and licences. High-activity sites and special architectures require a separate quote. Renewal is subject to agreement, with notice 30 days before expiry; it is not automatic.

Prices in FCFA — VAT is not charged. The quote specifies the total payable, the agreed scope and any separately charged options or third-party costs.
Scope at launch
Essential: up to 10 product listings at launch. Premium: up to 50. Custom: up to 100; complex imports are quoted separately.
Content and revisions
One language and two rounds of consolidated feedback on the agreed scope are included. The client supplies complete copy and images; integration and formatting are included. Full copywriting, translation and photography are separate. Initial delivery allowances do not limit future additions by your team within the hosting and software capacity; additional agency work requires a quote. These terms do not retroactively change existing client agreements.

Third-party costs
Hosting, domain names, licences and third-party services are separate from creation and maintenance, from the first year. Payment commissions, email/SMS/API subscriptions and delivery costs remain payable by the client. Providers may bill the client directly, or costs are itemised in our quote. Initial and recurring amounts, account holder, due dates and any management fees are disclosed before ordering.
Delivery schedule
Indicative timeframe: 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. The schedule and start date are agreed in the quote, taking account of scope approval and receipt of the required content and access. Client feedback and scope changes may affect that schedule.
