The leadership of the African Organization for the Performance of Public Administrations and Local Authorities (OAPAP) is hard at work. As part of the finalization of the process, regional programming and framing workshops for the Regional Development Plan were held on June 7 and 8 in the Regional Council meeting room. Revisiting the aspirations of populations collected in the municipalities under the guidance of the Regional Council, participants relied on the powers transferred to the regional council by law to formulate the strategic axes and programs of the East Regional Council for the next five years.
